We are verifying whether the Nintendo switch can do the same trick as NES. This time, we checked the wall tricks and tricks of bean trees at Super Mario.
About the trick of passing through the wall
In Super Mario, there were some areas where Mario got stuck in the wall and passed through. This time I tried it in the 4-1 area.
As a result, I was able to slip through without any problems. It is exactly the same as that of NES. There was no discomfort. If you jump, you can break the brick and go up. If you don’t mind, please see the video below.

About the tricks of bean trees
From the results, it can be done with Nintendo Switch without problems. The contents of the trick are as follows.
The stage is 4-1. I use bean tree that can go to a room that warps to side 6-8.
① Put out the bean tree.
② Walk to the right and erase the bean tree. ※Let’s erase it firmly.
③ Jump on the disappearing bean tree.
④ After passing through the screen, Mario will appear from the upper right side.
⑤ Enter the next clay pipe.
⑥ Warp to the upper room after climbing the bean tree.
Conclusion
About Super Mario, it seems that the same trick can be done with Nintendo Switch. It seems that I haven’t changed or modified the programming. I thought it was a little messing around with the compatibility with the switch, but it does not seem to affect.
Super Mario has many tricks, so I would like to try other things.
At the time, there was a trick that pulled out NES tennis while playing and put Super Mario on the NES to make it a bug, and a ridiculous stage was born. It’s a trick to deliberately cause a bug, like Mario swimming in the sky with Blooper and Cheep-cheep.
I do not try the tricks that can cause such bugs, and I definitely do not recommend it. You should stop. It will overload the machine and cause a failure.
Let’s look for a trick that has no load on the device and try it out. If you have any interesting tricks, please let us know.
This is the following video, so please watch it if you like.
